5° Sail Shaped Connect System

The Connect system with 5 ° inclined sail allows you to lay two consecutive rows of photovoltaic panels horizontally.
The main material is concrete, which allows a low wear over time and the ability to withstand even the most intense perturbations and different climatic conditions.

ASSEMBLY HAS NEVER BEEN SO EASY!

The SAIL-SHAPED CONNECT SYSTEM 5°, allows to laying two consecutive rows of panels horizontally.
This system, in addition to having the classic characteristics of our connect systems: high wind resistance, low roof loads, economical and fast to install, has the quality of preserving the space on the roof. It also remains a modular system because the rows and panels can be interrupted and then continue and this facilitates the management of some issues such as avoiding shadows, chimneys, skylights, antennas or lifelines.

Yes, our system can be installed on membranes, paved surfaces, gravel, green roofs and on the ground.

Yes, if necessary, our ballast can be drilled in the central areas to insert expansion anchors with a diameter of 9 mm.

Yes, our technicians will recommend the best solution after reviewing the panel’s technical data sheet and installation instructions.

Yes, they can be installed using mounting rails.

Once we receive the completed order—that is, the signed order, the delivery address and payment—we arrange shipment with the following estimated delivery times: 2–3 business days for Northern Italy, 3–4 business days for Central Italy, 4–5 business days for Southern Italy and the islands, and 5–6 business days for other countries.

Yes, certainly. We can arrange a vehicle equipped with a hydraulic tail lift to unload up to 15–20 pallets at ground level.

It can be installed on a roof with a slope variation ranging from +5° to -5°.

Yes, the system can be prepared for grounding using the plates supplied upon request, or by creating an electrical connection between the panels in accordance with standard installation procedures.

Yes, it is possible, with a minimum order quantity of one pallet.

Yes, our ballasts contain one or two steel reinforcement bars to withstand handling. This means that if a ballast is damaged during transport—for example, if it has hairline cracks around its circumference—it can still be used.

No, it is made of galvanised steel, as this material allows the thread to be re-tapped during installation using an M8 tap.

Apply a lubricant, such as WD-40, or grease to the insert.

Our insert has an effective thread depth of approximately 3 cm.
