Designed to ensure a
simple and quick installation on any type of flat-roof building, the Sun Ballast photovoltaic panel mounting systems make the assembly phases much faster. This
12 kW system was built in Switzerland, and the concrete ballast allowed for the installation phases to be completed
without any mounting difficulties and minimizing labor costs.
The Sun Ballast ballast systems serve both as weight and support for the panels, and are installed without applying
any anchoring holes and without damaging the roof in any way. In the case of gravel surfaces, the ballasts can indeed be
placed directly on the gravel, or – as in this case – on the layer of membrane present beneath it.
The 10° Monofila system visible in this installation – also available with inclinations of 0°, 5°, 15°, 20°, and 30° – also allows for free modulation of both the length and the distance between the rows of modules, making the management of any obstacles (chimneys, skylights, etc.) much simpler, even during the design phase. All Sun Ballast photovoltaic ballasts already contain
the threaded bushings for securing the brackets, are
guaranteed for 25 years, and ensure the highest level of reliability, strength, and longevity for the systems.
