Zero system best represents all the versatility of Sun Ballast’s PV mounting solutions: solar panels can be fixed quickly and easily on both the long and short side. Modules of any size can be used, and the PV system can be installed on any type of flat roof.
Ballasts for PV panels on flat roofs with 0° inclination also make it possible to install solar systems coplanar to the roof surface: in this way, distance between panels can be reduced to zero, avoiding shading and optimising all available roof space. The chance of fixing the panel on several sides also makes it possible – if necessary – to create a network of interconnected photovoltaic structures, achieving very high wind resistance while distributing loads in a perfectly balanced way.
The arrangement of the modules in parallel with the roof also makes the installation barely visible from outside the building, and any landscape constraints can be easily respected, both in the case of small residential installations and large installations on warehouses and industrial plants.

The new plate dedicated to the PowerClamp bracket has been designed to ensure an even more secure fastening for the terminal panels: resting on the concrete of the ballast, the plate provides the metal teeth of the bracket with a solid and reliable support, offering a practical, robust, and quick solution.
