SISTEMA CONNECT A VELA 5°
Sun Ballast® Connect System is a patented fastening and support system for photovoltaic modules that is extremely simple because it consists solely of concrete ballasts linked together: a front, a central one, and a terminal that closes the rows of panels. The connection between the rows is guaranteed by the same ballasts, therefore the rows of panels are all connected and integral with each other. A network of ballasts and panels is therefore created which is extremely easy and quick to install, resistant to wind and with very limited loads on the roof (max 20-25 Kg / m2 including the weight of the panels) which are distributed evenly on the floor. .
The available inclinations range from 5 ° to 30 ° with horizontal laying of the panels, while for vertical laying and therefore the inclined panels on the long sides it is possible to use an inclination of 10 °.

The new plate dedicated to the PowerClamp bracket has been designed to ensure an even more secure fastening for the terminal panels: resting on the concrete of the ballast, the plate provides the metal teeth of the bracket with a solid and reliable support, offering a practical, robust, and quick solution.

Specifically designed for the EasyWest system, the PowerClamp brackets are made of stainless steel 304 and ensure high safety from both mechanical and electrical perspectives. The special metal teeth provide a strong and durable fastening, and allow bypassing the anodization of the panel frames, acting as an electrical bridge and making grounding operations much simpler and faster. The brackets come in two different sizes: the EP version is to be used on the taller ballast (23010.EP), while the EV version is fixed to the shorter ballast (23010.EV).
