Sistema Monofila – 400 kWp

This 400 kW system was installed in Rivoli, in the province of Turin, by our client Più Sicurezza, and the use of Sun Ballast mounting systems for photovoltaic panels on flat roofs has simplified all phases of construction. The Monofila 10° system – also available with inclinations of 0°, 3°, 5°, 15°, 20°, and 30° – has indeed allowed the panels to be fixed without any anchoring holes: Sun Ballast photovoltaic structures are simply placed on the roof, reducing both the time and the installation costs. With Monofila systems, the length and distance between rows are also completely adjustable, making both the design and installation of the systems much simpler even in the presence of many obstacles on the roofs of buildings. And what about large panels? No problem: thanks to the addition of No-Flex, it is indeed possible to guarantee even the largest modules the highest level of stability and resistance to weather conditions. This accessory, consisting of an additional ballast for photovoltaics and a special metal bracket, allows the panels to be fixed at two additional points in the center, offering six support points and eliminating the risk of bending. The No-Flex Kit can be used with all systems with horizontal (or landscape) panel installation, and complies with support parameters ensuring the maintenance of the warranty on the modules. Like all Sun Ballast photovoltaic ballasts, those used in this system already contain M8 fixing bushings inside, and can be installed easily and quickly on any flat surface.
