On the flat roof of a building in Albania, our client Vega Solar has installed a system made with custom ballasts. What does this mean? In addition to classic systems, the Sun Ballast technical office, thanks to the constant work of the "research and development" department, is able to design customized solutions that adapt to the specific requests of our clients. The classic ballasts are thus modified based on various parameters such as weight, size, and measurement. In this specific case, the ballasts that have been modified are those of the Connect system, which are significantly smaller than the standard ones. In this way, it was possible to occupy all the available space while maintaining the main characteristic of the Connect system: stability and wind resistance.
