Designed to provide large panels with a solid and durable support, the flat roof photovoltaic panel structures that make up the Industrial-XL system offer a safe, reliable, and quick installation solution. These photovoltaic structures create a unique grid, distributing weight in a balanced manner and ensuring an extremely high resistance to weather conditions. The 5° mounting on the long side (portrait) also allows for maximizing the yield of half-cut modules and optimizing shading management to guarantee the highest level of productivity. The PV system of 11 kW visible in the photo was installed by Unit Energy LTD in Malta, and the use of Sun Ballast weights minimized installation time and costs: the photovoltaic structures do not require any holes in the roof and can simply be placed on any type of material (gravel, membrane, concrete, green roofs, etc.). Like all Sun Ballast concrete weights, those that make up the Industrial-XL system also contain M8 fixing sleeves inside, making the panel installation much faster, simpler, and safer.
