When faced with a concrete covering, it is essential to preserve the characteristics of this type of surface without making any fixing holes, in order to avoid creating water infiltrations that could damage the entire structure. Sun Ballast weights, of any system, do not need to be fixed to the covering to provide a solid and durable support for photovoltaic panels. In particular, the weights that are part of the Connect system, those used by our client La Termica for the implementation of this plant, have been designed and manufactured to be even more resistant to wind actions. Composed of three weights, interconnected with each other, it creates a network of panels that are solid and extremely sturdy. Thanks to the use of this system with a 15° inclination, it was possible to create a plant that is not only resistant but also efficient, capable of producing up to 13.60 kWp of clean energy.
