"Easy recommended system" is the comment left by our client SUNCITY S.R.L. who has created this beautiful
installation on the roof of a building entirely covered with gravel. As can be seen from the photos, the roof presents a multitude of factors to pay attention to. First of all, the covering is not exactly flat but has a
slight slope, which is not a problem for Sun Ballast structures that, although designed to be the ideal support for flat surfaces, can also support slight slopes,
up to 5°. The second factor that cannot be underestimated is the large
presence of obstacles, easily avoided with Sun Ballast supports and also easy to utilize the small spaces that are created between one obstacle and another thanks to the
Sails System that maximizes the little available space.
The Sails System 5° can indeed be installed in up to 6 consecutive rows, but one can also choose to use the ballast to create single rows of panels, an excellent way to
not waste any space. Finally, the
gravel covering, an element not to be underestimated during the installation of a system, but even in this case, Sun Ballast ballasts are the ideal answer, as they can be installed even on top of the gravel without any problem since they do not need to be fixed to the covering. Even a
200 kWp system can be easy to realize thanks to the right structures!
