Sistema a Vela – 4 kWp

Installing a photovoltaic system on a flat surface with small dimensions may seem impossible? With Sun Ballast systems, it is not. This small but very efficient installation carried out by our client STM Servizi srls on a small flat roof covered with gravel perfectly demonstrates this. Our Vela system, with a 5° inclination and vertical panel installation with two consecutive rows placed one behind the other, was the optimal solution for this minimal space that the client wanted to utilize to produce renewable energy. In fact, the ballast of the chosen system allows for the use of the little available space while still achieving maximum efficiency, but this is just the first of many advantages that this system can offer: others to consider include versatility, high wind resistance enhanced by the gravel added later, and drastically reduced cost per kW thanks to the speed and simplicity of installation. The perfect ability of the Vela system to adapt to the available space has allowed for the creation of this photovoltaic system capable of producing up to 4 kWp of clean energy.
