Stability, reduced load, and simple and quick installation: the
Connect System from Sun Ballast offers a
solid and reliable solution for photovoltaic modules on flat roofs, especially when the goal is to ensure that the modules present the
highest level of resistance to weather events. In this configuration, each structure for photovoltaic modules is connected to all others in a
single grid, which generates very high resistance and optimally distributes loads throughout the entire ballast system. The photovoltaic system visible in the photo, with
155 kWp, was installed in
Podgorica (Montenegro) by our client
Solar Projekt: the installation was carried out on a flat gravel roof, and the Sun Ballast structures for photovoltaic modules simplified all phases of assembly, as no fixing holes were required and installation time was minimized. The Connect System (
shown here in the 10° version) is available in a range of inclinations
from 5° to 30° and consists of three different structures for photovoltaic modules: a front ballast, a middle ballast, and a final ballast. All Sun Ballast structures already include the
M8 fixing boxes inside and are guaranteed for
25 years.
