The installation of photovoltaic systems on the flat roofs of commercial or industrial facilities provides increasing advantages to companies, and the one in the photo was carried out by our client Solar Projekt in Zelina, a small Croatian town not far from Zagreb. The chosen structure is the Sun Ballast photovoltaic ballast with a 0° inclination, one of the many models available in the wide range of models of the
Monofila system. This system is indeed a
simple, quick to install, and extremely versatile solution, and is available in many inclinations from 0° to 30°. Like all Sun Ballast photovoltaic ballasts, those of the Monofila
do not require fixing holes, and allow for
reduced installation times while ensuring high wind resistance and perfect integrity of the roof surfaces. The Solar Projekt system produces a remarkable
600 kWp of clean electricity: a great achievement, also made possible thanks to the specific technical characteristics of Sun Ballast photovoltaic ballasts. Despite the high power of the installation,
the weight on the roof has been minimized, also optimizing all the available space on the roof: the Monofila 0° system allows for free adjustment of the positioning of the photovoltaic panels based on the arrangement of obstacles, quickly bypassing them, reducing (even to zero) the distance between the PV modules, and maximizing the use of the building's roof.
