The design is inspired by the elegant porticos of Turin and manages to create the perfect integration between shopping, services, offices, and hospitality, all within a modern urban park: this brand new facility is located in Turin in an area of over 270,000 sqm, a true micro-city designed with the utmost attention to sustainability principles, starting from the use of natural materials, the recycling of rainwater, and – above all – renewable energy. Given the size of the surfaces, the bulk of the building, and the extremely high power generated – over 800 kWp! – for the realization of the photovoltaic system, Sky-nrg srl chose to partner with an experienced, solid, and competent company like Sun Ballast: the constant support provided by the over 15 professionals from the Technical Office has indeed allowed for an excellent result, both from a production standpoint and in terms of safety and longevity. The Standard system – here with a 5° inclination – has guaranteed installers the maximum flexibility, proving to be a perfect solution even on surfaces rich in obstacles. The presence of chimneys, ventilation ducts, and skylights did not pose any problems, and the available space was utilized with maximum efficiency. The construction quality of Sun Ballast's ballasts represents a true guarantee, and the final result is a solid, durable, and highly productive system.
