For the realization of this beautiful installation, the Sun Ballast technical office, evaluated the specific characteristics of each roof and the available space, chose to use the combined action of two support systems for Sun Ballast photovoltaic panels: the Sail system and the Connect system. The combination of the two Sun Ballast systems ensured that not a single centimeter of this roof was wasted, and that the maximum production was achieved by utilizing the space in the most intelligent way possible. Despite the different types of roofing on which the ballasts were installed, one with gravel and the other with membrane, no problems were encountered during installation, as the structures do not need to be fixed to the roof while being extremely solid and resistant to wind actions. Thanks to the two Sun Ballast systems, our client Prosolia Energy has implemented a system of 358 kWp of renewable energy.

    POWERCLAMP PLATE KIT

    The new plate dedicated to the PowerClamp bracket has been designed to ensure an even more secure fastening for the terminal panels: resting on the concrete of the ballast, the plate provides the metal teeth of the bracket with a solid and reliable support, offering a practical, robust, and quick solution.

    KIT GRAFFA EASYWEST EV

    Specifically designed for the EasyWest system, the PowerClamp brackets are made of stainless steel 304 and ensure high safety from both mechanical and electrical perspectives. The special metal teeth provide a strong and durable fastening, and allow bypassing the anodization of the panel frames, acting as an electrical bridge and making grounding operations much simpler and faster. The brackets come in two different sizes: the EP version is to be used on the taller ballast (23010.EP), while the EV version is fixed to the shorter ballast (23010.EV).

    GRAFFA EASYWEST EP KIT

    Specifically designed for the EasyWest system, the PowerClamp brackets are made of stainless steel 304 and ensure high safety from both mechanical and electrical perspectives.     Made of 304 stainless steel, the new PowerClamp bracket has been designed to ensure an even more solid attachment of the PV panels: the metal teeth provide a strong and durable grip – even under intense weather conditions – further contributing to the safety and reliability of the system. The bracket also serves as an electrical bridge between the panels, making grounding operations – if necessary – much simpler and faster.
