Sistema Monofila – 160 kWp

Used by thousands of installers around the world, the Monofila system from Sun Ballast represents an extremely simple, versatile, and effective solution, both for small systems installed on the roofs of houses and condominiums, and for large installations carried out on the expansive roofs of industrial buildings. The ability to easily adjust both the length and the distance between rows of photovoltaic panels allows for quickly overcoming all obstacles present on the roofs (e.g., chimneys, skylights, fans, etc.), adjusting the configuration of the PV system according to the shape of the surface dedicated to the installation. Not requiring any fastening, the placement of the ballasts is also done in total safety on any type of material – from membranes to gravel, from green roofs to paved ones – ensuring in all cases the integrity of the surfaces. The system installed by our client Powersol on this warehouse in Thiene has exceeded 160 kWp of power, and the Standard system was used in the 10° inclination version: the many advantages offered by this solution have allowed for a reduction in installation times of over 30%, easily meeting the deadlines agreed upon with the end customer and ensuring maximum satisfaction both in terms of performance and reliability. The Monofila system is indeed extremely solid and durable, and the ability to freely move the ballasts ensures maximum simplicity even during maintenance.
