Is it possible to install a photovoltaic system while preserving the surface area as much as possible? For many clients, it is essential to maintain the characteristics of the structure on which a photovoltaic system is installed, without drilling the covering and consequently causing damage. With Sun Ballast weights, this is possible. All Sun Ballast structures have been designed to fulfill both the function of ballast and that of support for photovoltaic panels without the need to drill the surface on which they are installed. Our client New Agency Power, supported by the Sun Ballast technical office, chose to carry out this installation of 5.85 Kwp of renewable energy, thanks to the use of supports from the Standard system with a 5° inclination. The Standard system is the most versatile among Sun Ballast systems, as it is possible to easily avoid all the obstacles that a roof typically has. In the photos of this installation, it is indeed possible to see the presence of numerous obstacles that did not pose a problem for the installation.
