The
6 kWp photovoltaic system visible in the photo was installed by
HM3 Service Group s.r.l. on a flat gravel roof in
Fiumicino (RM), using Sun Ballast weights for the photovoltaic modules. The concrete structures for photovoltaics offer numerous advantages, starting with
simplicity and reduced installation times: The installation does not require
holes in the roof, the fixing sockets are already pre-installed in the concrete, and the installation is straightforward and quick on any type of flat surface. The
Monofila system also allows for easy and flexible adaptation of both the length of the rows and the distance between them, thus eliminating all complications even with many obstacles on the roof (chimneys, fans, roof windows, etc.). The photovoltaic structures of the
Monofila 10° system also allow for the fixing of the modules in
horizontal and vertical format, and it is possible to select the most suitable type of fixing according to the nature of the covering and the requirements of the system.
Stability and weather resistance are finally guaranteed by the addition of the
Cablowind system, which is visible at the back of the weights: In this case, the installation was also done without the need for holes, and the metal guides, in which the channel is placed, are quickly fixed to the already existing sockets at the back of the structures. The Cablowind system acts both as additional weight and as a channel for the electrical cables, thereby reinforcing the stability of the system while offering the highest level of safety.
