An installation of significant dimensions was carried out in the Czech Republic by our client HB Solar CZ, who managed, thanks to the experience of the technical service and the reliability of the Sun Ballast structures for photovoltaic panels, to create a system of 484 kWp of renewable energy. The system used in this installation is the Connect system, one of the most selected systems by our clients and our technical department, when the goal is to achieve production objectives by creating a large-scale system that can maintain the stability and wind resistance necessary while keeping a low load on the roof. Why is the Connect system the ideal solution for these situations? The Connect system has among its main features the fact that it is a collaborative structure where the panels are interconnected in a sort of grid that manages to evenly distribute the weight on the roof and also maintain a high wind resistance. These characteristics are extremely important, especially when, as in this case, the photovoltaic installation will be positioned on the flat roof of an industrial-type warehouse.

    POWERCLAMP PLATE KIT

    The new plate dedicated to the PowerClamp bracket has been designed to ensure an even more secure fastening for the terminal panels: resting on the concrete of the ballast, the plate provides the metal teeth of the bracket with a solid and reliable support, offering a practical, robust, and quick solution.

    KIT GRAFFA EASYWEST EV

    Specifically designed for the EasyWest system, the PowerClamp brackets are made of stainless steel 304 and ensure high safety from both mechanical and electrical perspectives. The special metal teeth provide a strong and durable fastening, and allow bypassing the anodization of the panel frames, acting as an electrical bridge and making grounding operations much simpler and faster. The brackets come in two different sizes: the EP version is to be used on the taller ballast (23010.EP), while the EV version is fixed to the shorter ballast (23010.EV).

    GRAFFA EASYWEST EP KIT

    Specifically designed for the EasyWest system, the PowerClamp brackets are made of stainless steel 304 and ensure high safety from both mechanical and electrical perspectives. The special metal teeth provide a strong and durable fastening, allowing for the overcoming of the anodization of the panel frames by acting as an electrical bridge, making grounding operations much simpler and faster. The brackets come in two different sizes: the EP version is to be used on the higher ballasts (23010.EP), while the EV version attaches to the lower ballasts (23010.EV).

    POWERCLAMP BRACKET KIT

    Made of 304 stainless steel, the new PowerClamp bracket has been designed to ensure an even more solid attachment of the PV panels: the metal teeth provide a strong and durable grip – even under intense weather conditions – further contributing to the safety and reliability of the system. The bracket also serves as an electrical bridge between the panels, making grounding operations – if necessary – much simpler and faster.
