Sistema Monofila – 8 kWp

This 8 kW PV system was installed by our client Global Sistem on the flat roof of a residential building in Rimini, and the use of Sun Ballast photovoltaic panel structures made the installation much faster. Systems with ballast for photovoltaics do not require any complex metal components and are made from a single concrete element: thanks to the pre-assembled structures, assembly times are minimized, making the installation much simpler. The Sun Ballast photovoltaic panel supports also do not require any type of hole: just place the ballast and secure the panel to the pre-inserted bushings in the concrete. The Monofila system – here in the 20° version – is available with inclinations from 0° to 30°, allows panels to be fixed on the long side as well, and is compatible with numerous accessories, such as the Cablowind system (visible at the back of the structures). Cablowind combines both the function of additional weight and that of a channel for electrical cables into a single component, and allows for maximizing wind resistance in a simple and quick way, making the system more stable, tidy, and professional.
