Photovoltaic systems often enjoy an amazing view, just like the one installed by our client FULLSUN (GRUPO CASLI) Y MICRON SOLUCIONES INTEGRALES, SL in Valencia, on a flat roof overlooking the sea. The installation was made possible thanks to the best supports for photovoltaic modules, those of the Connect system from Sun Ballast, ideal for achieving a system that is not only extremely resistant to wind actions but also has a very limited weight on the roof – a maximum of 20-25 Kg/mq – due to its lattice structure. This shape is due to the weights connected to each other, a front weight, a central weight, and a terminal weight, which create a single block of concrete solid and stable. Additionally, 30 kg weights with a “U” shape have been used, which are placed directly on the weights at specific points defined by the technical office, to further increase wind resistance. Excellent and easy and quick to install, the Connect system allowed us to meet the production needs required by the client with a photovoltaic system capable of producing up to 10 kWp of renewable energy.

    POWERCLAMP PLATE KIT

    The new plate dedicated to the PowerClamp bracket has been designed to ensure an even more secure fastening for the terminal panels: resting on the concrete of the ballast, the plate provides the metal teeth of the bracket with a solid and reliable support, offering a practical, robust, and quick solution.

    KIT GRAFFA EASYWEST EV

    Specifically designed for the EasyWest system, the PowerClamp brackets are made of stainless steel 304 and ensure high safety from both mechanical and electrical perspectives. The special metal teeth provide a strong and durable fastening, and allow bypassing the anodization of the panel frames, acting as an electrical bridge and making grounding operations much simpler and faster. The brackets come in two different sizes: the EP version is to be used on the taller ballast (23010.EP), while the EV version is fixed to the shorter ballast (23010.EV).

    GRAFFA EASYWEST EP KIT

    Specifically designed for the EasyWest system, the PowerClamp brackets are made of stainless steel 304 and ensure high safety from both mechanical and electrical perspectives. The special metal teeth provide a strong and durable fastening, allowing for the overcoming of the anodization of the panel frames by acting as an electrical bridge, making grounding operations much simpler and faster. The brackets come in two different sizes: the EP version is to be used on the higher ballasts (23010.EP), while the EV version attaches to the lower ballasts (23010.EV).

    POWERCLAMP BRACKET KIT

    Made of 304 stainless steel, the new PowerClamp bracket has been designed to ensure an even more solid attachment of the PV panels: the metal teeth provide a strong and durable grip – even under intense weather conditions – further contributing to the safety and reliability of the system. The bracket also serves as an electrical bridge between the panels, making grounding operations – if necessary – much simpler and faster.
