The Sun Ballast weights are suitable for any type of building, as demonstrated by the installation carried out by our client Ferplant Italia. Thanks to the free technical assistance provided by Sun Ballast, the client selected for this installation the weights Connect with a 10° inclination. An extremely versatile system that, thanks to its particular structure characterized by three weights connected to each other, makes the installation more stable and resistant to wind actions, also managing to eliminate potential risks of infiltrations due to holes in the covering since it is not necessary to make any holes to install the Sun Ballast supports. At the end of the system, a windbreak cover was added, useful for increasing wind resistance without adding extra weight to the roof.

    POWERCLAMP PLATE KIT

    The new plate dedicated to the PowerClamp bracket has been designed to ensure an even more secure fastening for the terminal panels: resting on the concrete of the ballast, the plate provides the metal teeth of the bracket with a solid and reliable support, offering a practical, robust, and quick solution.

    KIT GRAFFA EASYWEST EV

    Specifically designed for the EasyWest system, the PowerClamp brackets are made of stainless steel 304 and ensure high safety from both mechanical and electrical perspectives. The special metal teeth provide a strong and durable fastening, and allow bypassing the anodization of the panel frames, acting as an electrical bridge and making grounding operations much simpler and faster. The brackets come in two different sizes: the EP version is to be used on the taller ballast (23010.EP), while the EV version is fixed to the shorter ballast (23010.EV).
