Made in Austria by our client Enerix, this photovoltaic system on the flat roof of a residence was installed with the photovoltaic Sun Ballast structures, and thanks to their simplicity, the assembly operations were completed much more quickly. The ballasts for photovoltaic panels do not require any fixing holes, and they easily rest on any material; in this case, the ballasts were placed on a flat concrete surface with an orientation of East-West: the structures that make up the Monofila system can indeed be arranged in different configurations, freely modulating the distance between the rows, exposure, and fixing side. In this PV system of 8 kW, the modules were fixed, for example, on the long side (portrait), and the adjustment of the row length and their distance allowed for better management of the many obstacles present on the roof. Like all Sun Ballast photovoltaic structures, those used for this installation also contain M8 fixing bushes and an extra metal reinforcement core, and are compatible with numerous accessories.
