Made in Cesano Maderno (MB) by our client Energia Spa, this system of 20 kWp was installed with the Standard system at 0° by Sun Ballast, a simple and effective solution that maximizes the entire available surface, ensuring the photovoltaic system achieves the best production performance. In this particular configuration with 0° inclination, the ballasts keep the panels flush with the roof, and the turbulence generated by the wind – like the classic "sail effect" – is minimized: the stability of the system is thus guaranteed, and even with slightly sloped roofs, the stability of the installation is perfectly assured. With the Standard system at 0°, the modules are also exposed to sunlight for many hours a day, offering a more consistent energy production that is better distributed throughout the day. Thanks to the simplicity of the ballasts, the installation was carried out in a quick and easy manner: the photovoltaic panels were fixed to the structures on the long side, and by not generating any shading, it was possible to completely eliminate the distance between the rows. The result is a surface entirely covered with modules, which allowed for maximum utilization of the entire roof and achieving the highest level of stability, efficiency, and reliability.
