Installed in Rivoli (province of Turin) by our client Elettrosistemi, this photovoltaic system on a flat roof was built on the covering of an industrial building, and thanks to the Sun Ballast photovoltaic ballasts, the installation was carried out in a simple and quick manner. The structures for photovoltaic panels do not require any holes in the roof, are compatible with any type of surface (gravel, concrete, pavements, membranes, etc.), and allow for simplifying all phases of assembly. The 80 kW system visible in the photo was built by fully utilizing the versatility of Sun Ballast solutions: the ballasts of the Mono-XL 10° system ─ used to secure large panels along the long side – were indeed positioned in double opposing rows, quickly forming a East-West system at 10° with modules in vertical. With this configuration, it was possible to optimize the entire available surface, reducing the distance between the rows to zero and ensuring that even the modules have high resistance to weather conditions.
