This PV system of about
9 kW was realized thanks to the support of our distributor
Bioteck Energies on the flat roof of a building in
Cardet (France), and the use of Sun Ballast ballast for photovoltaic panels allowed for the installation to be completed
quickly and without any complications. The use of concrete structures for photovoltaics does not require any complex metal components (such as covers, bars, etc.), making the assembly operations much
simpler and faster. Additionally, the installation of the photovoltaic structures does not require
any type of drilling, and the membrane on this roof remained perfectly intact. The Sun Ballast photovoltaic structure simply needs to be placed on the roof, and the brackets are fixed directly to the
pre-inserted fixing sleeves in the concrete ballast: this way, the installation of the panel is also much faster, and the grip of the brackets is ensured even in the presence of strong disturbances. The photo shows the
15° version of the
Monofila system used for this installation: the system is also available in
0°, 3°, 5°, 10°, 20° and 30° versions, allowing for quick adjustments of both the length and the distance between rows of modules, simplifying the management of obstacles and adapting the layout of the system to the characteristics of the roof.
