The Monofila system by Sun Ballast offers installers and designers of PV systems on flat roofs the highest level of versatility: the photovoltaic ballasts are designed with a simple and innovative design, allowing for installations to be carried out much more easily and quickly. Available in a wide range of inclinations from 0° to 30°, the structures for flat roofs allow for the mounting of photovoltaic panels both horizontally and vertically: a significant advantage that ensures simplified obstacle management in all situations and a high resistance to all wind and snow loads. The system in the photo was installed by our client Abeli Franco&C. in the province of Pavia, generating nearly 200 kWp of clean energy. The ability to choose from numerous models (here the one with a 3° inclination was used) and to freely adjust the distance between rows of PV modules also makes the Monofila system perfectly suitable for all types of flat roofs, offering maximum flexibility during installation and further reducing installation times.
