For this installation, the weights from the Connect system, were selected, the ideal weights for having a stable system without securing the weights and drilling the covering on which they are installed, thus preventing unpleasant water infiltrations. The stability of the Connect weights is precisely due to the intrinsic characteristics of the system, composed of three interconnected concrete weights that form a true network. In addition to stability, another interesting advantage provided by this system certainly lies in the even distribution of weight of the ballast, which thus does not excessively burden the covering. As can also be seen from the photos, the system adapts well to every need, in fact, the rows of panels can be interrupted to easily avoid obstacles present on the roof.
