Sun Ballast provided the ballasts for the construction of this 40 kWp system installed on the flat roof of an industrial warehouse. More and more companies are choosing to install photovoltaic systems to start producing independently and significantly reduce electricity costs. A green choice that benefits not only the company but also the environment. The installation in this case was carried out in Sardinia, and to do so, our client Prometeo Sistemi Srl, in agreement with the Sun Ballast technical office, chose to use the ballasts from the Connect system. This type of system is the best for achieving the desired production goals when there are no space issues on the roof and maximum wind resistance is desired. Thanks to its particular three-ballast configuration, which, when linked together, creates a true network of panels, it can withstand directional winds of up to 150 km/h. A true hurricane!
