Our client AC SOLAR SRL has completed this photovoltaic installation on a flat roof covered with gravel in the beautiful Villasimius in Sardinia thanks to the photovoltaic module supports Sun Ballast. The weights used are from the Standard system with a 10° inclination, with the panels installed vertically and secured on the long sides of the structure. The Sun Ballast Standard system allows for a versatile installation, as the rows can be freely arranged across the entire surface since they are not constrained to each other and can be installed with variable distances from one another. This is also important in cases where there are obstacles on the roof, as it is easy to see how this installation method makes it simple to navigate around them. In this specific installation, Cablowind was also added to the structures, the Sun Ballast accessory with two specific functions: increased wind resistance thanks to its additional weight function and a convenient channel for the proper housing of cables. A robust, organized photovoltaic system capable of producing up to 23.25 kWp of renewable energy has been created quickly and easily.
