Sistema Monofila – 15 kWp

For over ten years, Sun Ballast support structures have been the absolute reference for all photovoltaic systems installed on flat roofs. The quality and versatility of Sun Ballast solutions also emerge when encountering slightly inclined surfaces: the long experience of the Technical Office, combined with the solid expertise of its more than 15 specialists, allows all installers and designers to benefit from quick, free, and professional support, which is particularly useful when the characteristics of the system or the support surface require particularly precise wind calculations. This is the case of M-TEG - Montage Team Elektrotechnik, our Austrian client who, with the assistance of Sun Ballast technical support, was able to realize this system of nearly 15 KWp on a membrane surface that is slightly inclined, in Waldling (Austria). The modules were fixed onto the ballast of the Standard system 0°: by not generating shadows, the rows were positioned next to each other, optimizing all available space and ensuring – also thanks to the addition of polyurethane foam – the maximum resistance of the system. The insertion of some additional ballast along the perimeter panels also allowed for further enhancement of its stability, increasing the fastening points and making the installation extremely solid, efficient, and reliable.
