Sistema Connect – 15.6 kWp

From large photovoltaic systems installed on industrial warehouses and commercial establishments to smaller ones installed on the flat roofs of residential buildings: the Connect system by Sun Ballast represents an efficient, solid, and reliable solution, ideal when the goal is to provide the installation with the best level of stability and resistance to wind loads. By connecting all structures into a single network, the Connect system allows for the distribution of loads across the entire roof, offering optimal weight balancing and maximum resistance to stresses arising from weather phenomena. When exposure to winds is particularly intense, it is also always possible to integrate some accessories: the additional weights – positioned here on the perimeter ballast – are indeed compatible with all Sun Ballast systems and do not require any type of fastening. Simply placing them on the ballasts increases the overall stability of the installation in just a few minutes. The installation carried out in Loreto Aprutino (Pescara) by our client Icaro Srl reaches a total power of 15.6 kWp (divided into two systems of 11 and 4.6 kWp respectively), and the installation was completed easily and quickly, easily navigating around the chimney located at the center of the roof. Like all Sun Ballast systems, the Connect – here in the 15° version – also allows for easy adjustment of the row lengths based on the specific characteristics of the roof, ensuring not only the best wind resistance but also a quick and easy installation on any type of flat roof.
