Sistema Monofila – 8.6 kWp

Made only with high-quality materials, Sun Ballast weights ensure the highest level of resistance and reliability for photovoltaic systems on flat roofs: the one visible in the photo was installed in Austria by our client Elektroinstallationen Medved&Troll using the Monofila system 10° from Sun Ballast. Thanks to its great simplicity, this system allows for installations to be carried out easily and quickly on any type of flat roof, from small residential gravel surfaces to flat roofs with membranes of industrial buildings and commercial establishments. The ability to adjust both the length and the distance between rows of photovoltaic panels allows for easy adaptation of the PV system configuration based on the characteristics of the roof, effectively managing any obstacles (chimneys, skylights, etc.) and reducing installation time and costs. To also ensure maximum resistance to wind and snow loads, two important accessories have been added to the Monofila system: the U-shaped additional weights and the Cablowind system. While the former are placed directly on the structure (without any holes) acting as reinforcement for the stability of the system, the latter combines two different functions into a single accessory: the Cablowind system – positioned linearly on the back of the weights – serves both as an additional weight and as a channel for electrical cables, further increasing wind resistance, balancing load distribution, and providing the installation with the highest level of order and professionalism.
