Maximum wind resistance, low load on the roof, and easy and quick installation: the Connect System from Sun Ballast represents a safe, solid, and reliable solution, ideal when the goal is to ensure solar modules on flat roofs the highest level of stability even in extreme weather conditions. In this configuration, each weight for photovoltaics is connected to all others in a single grid, providing high resistance and optimal load distribution throughout the entire grid of weights. The photovoltaic system visible in the photo with 175 kWp was installed in Weil am Rhein (Germany) thanks to the professionalism of our distributor BayWa r.e. Operation Services GmbH: The installation took place on the roof of a large commercial building, and Sun Ballast structures for solar modules simplified all installation phases by not requiring fixing holes and minimizing installation times. The Connect System (here used in the 15° version) is available in a variety of inclinations from 5° to 30° and consists of three different weights for photovoltaics: a front weight, a middle weight, and an end weight. Each structure is made of high-quality concrete, has a 25-year warranty, and offers designers and installers the highest level of reliability.

    POWERCLAMP PLATE KIT

    The new plate dedicated to the PowerClamp bracket has been designed to ensure an even more secure fastening for the terminal panels: resting on the concrete of the ballast, the plate provides the metal teeth of the bracket with a solid and reliable support, offering a practical, robust, and quick solution.

    KIT GRAFFA EASYWEST EV

    Specifically designed for the EasyWest system, the PowerClamp brackets are made of stainless steel 304 and ensure high safety from both mechanical and electrical perspectives. The special metal teeth provide a strong and durable fastening, and allow bypassing the anodization of the panel frames, acting as an electrical bridge and making grounding operations much simpler and faster. The brackets come in two different sizes: the EP version is to be used on the taller ballast (23010.EP), while the EV version is fixed to the shorter ballast (23010.EV).

    GRAFFA EASYWEST EP KIT

    Specifically designed for the EasyWest system, the PowerClamp brackets are made of stainless steel 304 and ensure high safety from both mechanical and electrical perspectives. The special metal teeth provide a strong and durable fastening, allowing for the overcoming of the anodization of the panel frames by acting as an electrical bridge, making grounding operations much simpler and faster. The brackets come in two different sizes: the EP version is to be used on the higher ballasts (23010.EP), while the EV version attaches to the lower ballasts (23010.EV).
