This flat roof photovoltaic system of
40 kWp was created by our client
O.E.M.A. in
Forlì, and the use of Sun Ballast structures for photovoltaic panels has allowed for the realization of a solid and professional system. The
Mono-XL 10° system (also available with
5° inclination) indeed guarantees large modules a reliable and durable support: the photovoltaic ballasts are made of
high-quality concrete, and the pre-insertion of
M8 bushings within the structure ensures a very high tear resistance. Like all Sun Ballast photovoltaic structures, those of the
Mono-XL also do not require
either fixing holes or complex metal accessories: just place them without any drilling, tighten the clamps, and proceed with the electrical connections. With the ballasts for photovoltaic panels used in this system, the panels are fixed with
portrait orientation and secured at four points along the long side, and installation is simple and quick even on gravel roofs. The structures can indeed be laid directly on the surface or on the material present under the gravel layer. In any case, wind resistance and stability of the system are guaranteed, and assembly times are minimized. With the Mono-XL system, it is also possible to freely adjust both the length and the distance between rows, simplifying the management of obstacles and adjusting the system configuration according to the specific characteristics of the roof.
