Already used for over 50,000 photovoltaic systems worldwide, Sun Ballast photovoltaic structures allow for reduced installation times by simplifying all assembly operations to the maximum. The ballasts for photovoltaic panels do not require any fixing holes, neither for systems installed on flat roofs of buildings nor for those mounted on the ground, and guarantee high resistance to all weather conditions in every situation. The 71 kW system visible in the photo was installed in the province of Trapani by our client 3EE S.r.l. using the Connect 15° system, a fixing system in which each ballast for photovoltaics is connected to all the others in a single collaborative network. This feature allows for the use of lighter structures, distributing wind load and the weight of the installation across the entire grid. The system is available with inclinations from 5° to 30°, and can be mounted on any type of flat surface, even on the ground: after appropriate compaction operations, the supports for ground-mounted photovoltaic panels are simply placed, and the presence of M8 fixing bushings already inside the ballasts makes the module fixing easy, quick, and secure.
